Belara at Lakeland Apartments

Green Power Lighting Solutions helped Belara at Lakeland Apartments Industries save 44% of the energy costs associated with the existing High pressure sodium flood lights and 32 watt fluorescent 4’ tubes under the carports. They helped improve the lighting for the carport parking lot areas and flood lights throughout the property by converting to LED lighting. They also helped in getting a rebate from the local utility company that covered 30% of the installation and LED lighting.

By taking advantage of the utility rebate, Belara Apartments increased the lighting appearance around the perimeter of the building and saved a bunch on their monthly energy bill.

King County Aquatic Center

Green Power Lighting Solutions helped the king County Aquatic Center convert 52 -185 Watt Metal halide fixtures on their flag poles to a 32 watt LED flood light. The energy savings was 83%. The local utility company provided a rebate of $6,700 towards the upgrade.

The energy savings was 32,130 Kilowatthour(KHW) /year savings. Reducing 20 metric tons of Co2/year. The return on investment was only 2.13 years.

Travis Industries

Green Power Lighting Solutions helped Travis Industries save 80% of the energy costs associated with the existing HID bulbs and improved the lighting for the parking lot, flood light and wall pack around the perimeter of the facility by converting to LED lighting. They also helped in getting a rebate from the local utility company that covered 61% of the installation and LED lighting.
